With 40 years in the financial services industry, I have served successfully in many positions. I began my career as an Agent then progressed through the ranks of Sales Manager and District Manager. Multiple awards and sales conferences were earned all while representing my company and customers with high standards and ethics.
In 1995, I was promoted to Director and AVP of Training and Development and held that position until forming Legacy Planning and Solutions, LLC in 2012. As a result of the positions held, I have vast experience and industry training in all areas of Leadership, Training and Development, Sales and Customer Service.----

I began my career in the financial services Industry in 2001. While representing my company and customers with high standards and ethics, I earned multiple awards and sales conferences and quickly progressed through the ranks from Agent to Sales Manager and then Branch/District Manager by offering the Products that best suited their needs of , Family Insurance, Couples Insurance, Pre-Needs, and Final Expenses to name a few
I joined the Sales Support Training Department, in 2009 and became Senior Field Trainer in 2010, where my focus turned to event coordinating, centered around, agent training and development.
In 2016, I joined Legacy Planning and Solutions with great enthusiasm and excitement for the opportunity to bring the success, knowledge and experience I have had to communicate, and recruit agents on a level that raises the agent and the company to a higher level of success.
